Stop being the copy-paste department of your own company.
The job closes at 4 PM. Now you retype it into the invoice, update the CRM, text the customer, queue the review ask, and try to remember the quote from Tuesday that never got a follow-up. You own the company — but from 4 to 7 you're its data-entry clerk, because the only thing connecting your calendar, your CRM, and your books is you.
We connect the tools you already use and automate the handoffs between them: job closed → invoice drafted → review request queued → CRM updated, without you touching any of it. And where a step needs judgment — wording a third payment reminder that's firm but not rude, deciding whether a status update actually says anything — AI writes it fresh instead of stamping out a fill-in-the-blank template.
The demo line answers as a fictional company — call it and hear the technology live.
How it comes together
Map the busywork
We walk through a normal week with you and list every copy-paste, every retyped detail, every follow-up that lives in your head. Most owners are surprised by the length of the list.
Connect your tools
Calendar, CRM, invoicing, texting — whatever you run, we wire it together. You keep the software you have; nothing gets ripped out.
Automate the handoffs
The mechanical hops run themselves. The steps that need language or judgment get drafted by AI and, where you want it, held for your one-tap approval before anything sends.
Run and refine
We watch the first weeks, fix what snags, and keep adding automations as the next bottleneck shows itself. The system grows with the business.
Handoffs it takes off your plate
Quote follow-up sequences that nudge until there's an answer, then stop
No-show rebooking — the customer gets a reschedule text before your tech leaves the driveway
Invoice chasing that stays polite on the third reminder, because each one is written fresh
Job-status updates to customers — on the way, running late, wrapped up — without anyone typing them
End-of-day summaries: what closed, what's stuck, what needs you tomorrow
CRM hygiene — every call, text, and job logged where it belongs, automatically
Vendor and PO paperwork drafted from the job data instead of retyped from it

Questions we get
How is this different from Zapier?
Zapier moves data when a trigger fires — good at mechanical hops, and we sometimes use tools like it under the hood. Two differences: this also handles steps that need judgment and language, like writing a follow-up that fits the situation, and we build and run the whole thing for you instead of selling you a subscription you have to configure and babysit.
Will it work with the software I already use?
Almost always — the common calendars, CRMs, field-service platforms, and invoicing tools all connect. If you run something unusual, we tell you in the proposal whether we can wire it in, before you've committed a dollar.
What if an automation gets something wrong?
You choose where the guardrails go. Anything customer-facing can be held for your one-tap approval before it sends, and every action is logged, so nothing happens invisibly. Start cautious, loosen as it earns trust.
Do I have to switch CRMs or change how I work?
No. The point is the opposite — we automate around the tools and habits you already have. If your process has a genuinely broken step, we'll say so, but we don't make you adopt new software to work with us.
What does workflow automation cost?
Fixed price, scoped to the handoffs we map in discovery. Most builds go live in 2–4 weeks, and you can start with the two or three automations that hurt most and add from there.
