custom-built · fixed price · live in 2–4 weeks
Your work is five stars. Your review count doesn't show it yet.
You do better work than the company ranked above you on Google Maps. They just have 380 reviews and you have 41. Customers can't see your craftsmanship from a search results page — they see the number, and the number is deciding who gets the call.
The fix isn't clever, it's consistent: ask every customer, at the right moment, in a way that takes one tap. Consistency is exactly what never survives a busy week. So we automate it — a text in your voice shortly after the job closes, one polite follow-up if it gets buried, and a private heads-up to you the moment a customer sounds unhappy, so you can fix the problem while it's still a phone call instead of a public one-star.
One line we don't cross: everyone gets asked. Filtering requests by who seems happy — review gating — violates Google's policy and can get a profile penalized. We ask every customer; we just make sure you hear about problems first.
The demo line answers as a fictional company — call it and hear the technology live.
How it comes together
Connect your job data
We hook into the CRM or field-service software you already run, so the system knows the moment a job actually closes — no spreadsheet, no manual trigger.
Set the voice and timing
We draft the request messages with you until they sound like you texting a customer, then set timing rules by job type. You approve every word before anything sends.
Go live on real jobs
The first batch runs with you watching. You see every send, every response, every flag, and we adjust wording and timing based on what real customers do.
Track and respond
You get the monthly count, and the system drafts responses to incoming reviews — good and bad — that post only after you approve them.
What the system does after every closed job
Times the request to the work — right after the fixed AC starts blowing cold, not three weeks later
Sends a one-tap link straight to your Google review form — no searching, no typing your business name
Follows up once, politely, if the first text gets buried — then stops
Alerts you privately the moment a customer signals they're unhappy, before anything goes public
Tracks your review count month over month so you can watch the ranking work compound
Drafts replies to incoming reviews that you approve before they post
Runs off your CRM or field-service software, so nobody has to remember to trigger anything

Questions we get
Is this against Google's rules?
Buying reviews is. So is gating — only asking the customers you expect to be positive. Asking every customer for a review with a direct link is exactly what Google expects a business to do. We ask everyone; we also flag unhappy customers to you privately so you can fix the problem. That flag never changes who gets asked.
What if a customer had a bad experience?
You find out first. The moment a reply signals a problem, you get an alert with the context, and you make it right human-to-human — which is usually what the customer wanted all along. They received the same review request as everyone else; you just got the chance to fix things before they typed anything public.
How many reviews will I get?
It scales with your job volume, so we won't invent a number. What we can say honestly: a business that asks every customer at the right moment collects far more than one that asks when somebody remembers — and consistency is the entire product here.
Will the texts feel like a robot blast?
They're drafted with you until they read like you texting a customer after a job — first names, plain words, your sign-off. One request, one follow-up, done. Nobody gets nagged.
What does review automation cost?
Fixed price, scoped in a 30-minute call. It's one of our smaller builds, often live in under two weeks, and it pairs naturally with a receptionist or workflow build if you're doing more.
