Our approach

Start with the operation. Then build the AI.

We are an implementation partner, not a software catalog. Every engagement starts by understanding what your team does today and where the system should make it easier.

A short path from idea to working system.

Most focused builds move from discovery to launch in roughly two to four weeks. More complex integrations take longer, and we tell you that before you commit.

  1. Week 0

    Diagnose

We trace the calls, handoffs, delays, and repetitive work before deciding what deserves automation.

  2. Week 1

    Design

You get a fixed scope, clear acceptance criteria, and an implementation plan built around your existing stack.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

    Build

We develop, connect, and test the system against real scenarios from your operation.

  4. Go live

    Operate

We launch carefully, tune the rough edges, and hand over the code, documentation, and control.

The rules that keep the build grounded.

Useful before impressive

The first build should remove a real bottleneck. New technology is not the outcome. Better operations are.

Fixed before we build

You see the scope, price, assumptions, and what success means before development starts.

Built for handoff

Your business should not become dependent on a mystery system only one vendor understands.

FAQ

Questions we get asked first.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is custom-scoped. After our 30-minute discovery call, you get a one-page proposal with a fixed price: no hourly rates, no surprise invoices, no scope creep. You tell us what you need on the call, we come back with the number, and you decide.

What's a typical engagement length?

A project build is usually 2-4 weeks from discovery to live. Advisory engagements are scoped per project, typically 1-3 months. After launch, ongoing support is month-to-month if you want us to keep running what we built. We turn down work we can't ship inside 90 days.

What's the difference between hiring you vs. hiring a developer?

A developer builds what you tell them. We figure out what to build first: diagnose your operation, scope the right AI, then deliver it end-to-end. If you already know exactly what you need built and have the engineering to manage it, hire a developer. If you want someone who'll own the problem from scoping through go-live, that's us.

Do you only build voice agents?

No. Voice agents are the most common starting point, but we work on anything where AI fits: lead qualifying, quote generators, review automation, workflow integrations, internal tools. If it's repetitive and it's costing you money or time, we can help.

Do you work with businesses outside the listed industries?

Yes. If your business has repeat patterns (calls, leads, quotes, scheduling, follow-ups), we can help. Book a call and we'll tell you straight up if it's a fit.

How much of MY time will this take?

Not much. We do a couple of structured calls up front to capture your services, your pricing, your scripts, and how you want the system to handle things. Then you're hands-off while we build. We come back when it's ready for your review.

Who runs the system after launch?

Your call. You can keep us on month-to-month: we monitor, tune, and add features as the business changes. But we build with handoff in mind from day one: code, docs, and training are yours. If you'd rather run it in-house, the on-ramp is short. No vendor lock-in either way.

Will it work with my current tools / CRM?

Yes. We connect to almost any tool, CRM, calendar, or payment system you already use. If for some reason we can't, we tell you up front before you commit to anything.

How is this different from off-the-shelf AI (GoHighLevel, RingCentral AI, etc.)?

Those are rinse-and-repeat products: same scripts, same logic, same answers for every business that signs up. We start with your operation, not with a template. The deliverable is a system shaped around how you actually run, not a generic product you'll bend your team around.

Bring us the messy version.

You do not need a technical brief. Tell us where work breaks down and we will help turn it into a buildable first step.
